ZODIAC
NIGHTS
These Astrology classes are designed to help you deepen your understanding of the Zodiac and the cosmos, and how they intertwine with our lives. Via Zoom, we dive into the energies of the current Zodiac sign we are in, have thoughtful discussions on how we navigate relationships with specific placements and laugh about the quirks of each sign together. These classes are consistently held throughout the year as the Sun shifts into each Zodiac sign with an energy exchange of $22 per class.

SOUND SURFING
In-person KAYA events are held throughout the year in the Salt Lake City, UT area. A variety of ceremonies may be held including: new moon ceremonies to set intentions, full moon ceremonies for release, equinox & solstice ceremonies and more. Sound surfing events are safe spaces were sound healing is held. Sadhana is reserved for the early-morning hours when we rise before the Sun to greet it before it greets us with intention & meditation. Stay tuned for these events to be scheduled next.

DAY OR EXTENDED RETREATS

CEREMONIES
Kome as you are to release alongside the full moon & the rescued Horses at the Wild Heart Sanctuary. As the second full moon in Capricorn of the year (we are experiencing two in a row!), we will be asked again by the cosmos to unbridle ourselves from any and all limitations we have placed upon our lives in the areas of work, play & family. With this lunation, we will be reminded that it's okay to allow for certain doors to close--both personally and professionally--to allow others to open.

SOUND SURFING
Sound surfing (more commonly known as sound healing) is comprised of a variety of healing tools to create a wave of sound washing over your mind, body & soul. The healing power of sound has been found to be able to rewire the nervous system, calm anxiety, clear the mind, sharpen focus and much much more.
